The Lodge is well located in Tignes Le Lac and is very close to all
amenities and numerous lifts in different directions.
The chalet is a 70’s style freestanding chalet with outstanding views from
every room, a spacious and comfortable living room, dining area, kitchen
and bedrooms. The chalet is comfortable with 24 guests but can take up to
27.
The location is second to none in the attractive Chalet quarter of Tignes
Le Lac (chalet 2100 m, Tignes Glacier 3565 m).
The nearest lifts and amenities only a 2 minute walk away. Only one lift
and you’re in neighbouring Val d’Isere. Two lifts and you’re on the
Glacier.
With Wi-fi internet access, a big fireplace and comfy chairs for everyone
it’s a great place to ski back to after day on one of Europes best
snowsure mountain areas.
Accommodation
Upstairs:
Both rooms accessed off the dining/living room:
Room 1: double bed (2 person max.) own bathroom with shower, sink, WC,
view of Tignes Le Lac and pistes.
Room 2: twin/triple room, single and bunk beds (3 person max.) own
bathroom with shower and sink - NB no en-suite WC, this is accessed off
the living room, view over the lake and pistes.
Downstairs:
Lower floor accessed via exterior staircase, all 4 rooms off same corridor:
Room 3: quad room (4 person max.) 2 x bunk beds, sofa, en-suite bathroom with shower and sink plus separate WC, view of mountains between Le Lac
and Val Claret.
Room 4: 5 - 6 person room (6 person max.) 2 x bunks plus 1 or 2 single
beds, en-suite sink plus separate shower and WC cubicles, view over the
lake.
Room 5: 5 - 6 person room (6 person max.) room split into two rooms, first section has bunks (2 person) and access to en-suite sink plus separate
shower and WC cubicles, second section has bunk and one or two single
beds, view over the lake.
Room 6: 5 - 6 person room (6 person max.) two x bunk beds plus one or two single beds, en suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC, view over the
lake.
Chalet Catering
Breakfast is provided every day and afternoon tea / dinner on 6 nights.
Staff day off is Wednesday when breakfast and afternoon tea will be left
out and you will enjoy dinner in one of Tignes varied restaurants.
Breakfast:
Fruit juice, unlimited tea and coffee, croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh
bread, a choice of preserves, cereal.
Afternoon Tea and Cake:
Unlimited Tea or coffee and a freshly made delicious cake with bread,
butter and jams.
Dinner:
3-course Evening Meal:
Enjoy a delicious, filling, home cooked evening meal. (We are happy to
cater for vegetarian or special requests - please notify us at the time of
booking).
Free wine!
The chalet staff will ensure your glasses are full until coffee is served
at the end of the meal.
Additional Chalet Information
The chalet is also available on early dates (October and November for
glacier skiing) and late season dates (resort open until end of first wekk
